PyCharm is wildly slow, are there any alternatives?

Good day to all. I have a problem, PyCharm is wildly slow, indexing kills the RAM, the whole thing goes to swap and hence the wild lags of the entire PC. The project raised on it is not small with webpacks, macaques, etc. etc.
Are there alternatives to this combine? With indexing turned off, this is no better than any sublims with notepads.
Bake parameters:
RAM: 4g.
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz × 4
