PyCharm: creating templates

Hello fellow toasters.
I write Python code in PyCharm and use frameworks. Let's take Scrapy for example. When you start writing new code, you usually write the same thing over and over again. I would like to get rid of unnecessary red tape and make some kind of template in PyCharm.
Has anyone created templates in PyCharm? Where and how can this be done (I could not figure it out)?

settings -> File and Code Templates -> +
Then, when the context menu is called, a new type of file will appear, which will be created according to the specified template
