PuTTY: Software caused connection abort
Hello.
For some reason lately PuTTY (as well as WinSCP on SFTP connection) started to give a "Software caused connection abort" error after about 3-4 minutes (maybe less) of downtime.
Apparently, it started after installing an SSL certificate (installed on nginx, behind it is apache2). I myself practically do not understand this environment (SSL / SSH), so I ask for help - could this affect the stability of the connection? If yes, does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
Versions: OpenSSH_5.3p1 Debian-3ubuntu7, OpenSSL 0.9.8k 25 Mar 2009, PuTTY: 0.62, default settings.
Thank you.

most likely on the server set a timeout for the session.
set PuTTY Session->Connection->Seconds between keepalives to 60
(so that PuTTY tells the server once a minute that it is still connected)
HTTPS (HTTP over SSL) is not related to SSH, and any settings on your web server do not affect SSH and vice versa. So it's a coincidence.
