Putty closes after connecting via ssh?

I'm trying to connect to the database via ssh I
use this instruction (this is not spam!):

After connecting via ssh (namely, after entering the correct password ), the putty window closes immediately
Is this a bug or is it supposed to be like this?
If everything is OK, how can I be sure of this?
I don't have access to the server

You have something on the server with settings. See log.
