PUSH notifications on a site without access to FTP and site root?

Good afternoon. Can you please tell me how to set up push notifications for a site on Tilda? Accordingly, I don’t have access to the root of the site, and the services that I found all require access to the root to download the js file. Maybe even a paid service. Or maybe it can be somehow implemented by saving this file on another hosting and somehow linking it to the site on Tilda. I will listen to all suggestions. And it needs to work on all major browsers (Chrome, Safari and Firefox)
