Push notification for ios and android?

Good afternoon, perhaps someone in the thread was faced with the task of creating push notifications for different clients. What problems can there be? For ios (apns) there are no restrictions on the number of mailings. I would appreciate any experience. Thanks in advance

And what problems can there be? Everything is explained in the manuals of PushSharp (for small projects) and Azure Notifications Hubs (for mass mailings).

https://parse.com/ - now we are trying in parallel with Azure Mobile Services. Pars has a very convenient web interface for sending test pushes for debugging + it is built into the application in no time.
