Punctuation marks by voice in Android

Everything is clear with English (break, dot, comma), but I have problems with dictating messages in Russian. Is there any way to dictate text with commas? Perhaps a list of commands? I honestly searched on Google, but either I’m looking badly, or something else, I didn’t find anything.

That's how it should be spoken. Comma, dot. However, this does not work with question marks and exclamation marks.
