Pull USB out of ExpressCard interface

There was a need to solder to the ExpressCard in the laptop in order to use USB.
I found the pinout www.allpinouts.org/index.php/PCI_Express_Card_and_PCI_Express_Mini_Card#PCI_Express_Card

But a few questions appeared:
1. Where can I get 5V? Unfortunately ExpressCard works on 3.3. Do cards that implement USB ports increase it?
2. What is "Card use USB bus" (4th pin)? As far as I understood from googling, he is responsible for hotplug, which is not critical for me. Did I understand correctly?

www.xdcamexinfo.com/UxX/index.htm Here, on the link, a friend pulled USB from an ExpressCard using an ExpressCard SD adapter as a connector donor. 5V is really not, it takes power from a separate USB there.
