Publishing dot.net projects?

Who builds the process of publishing projects. I would like to have a stage, from which to publish releases to the production server (from the database list). I would probably like to have agents on publishing servers to manage publish folders for versioning. Has anyone done this or knows the appropriate software? I would not like to implement this functionality from scratch.

There is an official solution from MS - AzureDevOps , there is a certain amount of resources for free.
There is TeamCity from JetBrains.
Personally, I have a positive experience with AzureDevOps. There are many ready-made tasks and integration with Azure, which is useful in my case. I don't know much about TeamCity.
