I ask for links to groups, communities, public forums to evaluate the design of the page, it may not even be professional, i.e. like/dislike?
It is possible in VK or FB.

Do you need criticism for your design? I would eschew publics in VK, because professionals do not always sit in them. It is difficult to advise something in this situation, I think it would be much more productive to have a personal teacher or mentor who can always look at your layouts and evaluate their qualities.
In any case, the best critic is a book, when learning, try to constantly compare situations with your projects, make analogies, see how others do (Behance, Dribbble), criticize their work, draw conclusions for yourself.
The most important thing - do not stop doing something new, do not hesitate to peep how others have done it, with experience your own understanding will come.
