PSN authorization problem. Why?

I decided to get my old PS3 (didn't use it for about 3 - 4 months).....
When I try to login to PSN, I get the error "connection timed out...". Tried to log in from a PC, everything is fine. Tried logging into the browser on the PS3, everything is fine too. Tried resetting PS to factory settings, didn't help. VPN, firmware update and cable connection also did not work.
What to do?
