Proxy with HTTPS support?

Advise a good local proxy for Windows to analyze outgoing HTTPS traffic, please
UPD: you need the ability not only to read the data of the underlying protocol, but also, ideally, to see the original traffic in the form of SSL packets. In general, the goal is to analyze the data flow. There is just one browser X that, for some mysterious reason, opens site Y when no other browser can establish an SSL connection to that site. I would like to study the nature of this phenomenon.

Hello,
Initial traffic in the form of packets... A proxy is unlikely to provide you with this. It's easier to take Wireshark and analyze any packets through it.

Under Windows I do not know. https opens squid with bumping, there are probably more, but there is enough squid in the enterprise. In debug mode, it directly writes packets, the log is just gigantic.
