Proxy keeps turning on?
From some time on, the proxy server with the localhost address began to turn on itself.
It does not turn on immediately, but after a few hours.
I tried to delete ProxyServer in the registry, it appears again,
I set ProxyEnable to 0, it does not help.
The antivirus did not find any viruses.
How can I disable it completely so that it does not turn on anymore?
