Proxmox how to pull nodes out of a cluster nicely?

There is a cluster of 15 nodes. Master node and 14 nodes that adjoin it.
Task: remove nodes from the cluster and make them autonomous. On the nodes are working machines. Please tell me what is the correct algorithm of actions?

Well, just like they added only the other way around and are now quite autonomous.
