Proxmox blocks UDP or skis don't work?
Good afternoon.
In the process of moving from ESXi to Proxmox 7, I encountered such garbage: after the move, a machine that was configured and worked perfectly on ESXi (on centos 7) from Pi-Hole stopped responding to 53 / udp. Setevukha - with the firewall turned off. At the same time, dns responds from the localhost even to the external address, in netstat, respectively, it is clear that the port is listening on 0.0.0.0.
I made a new machine for testing, installed centos 8, also turned off the firewall on the network card, installed the firewalld service, made a simple test server on a python on an unprivileged port, tried to log in - the same nonsense.
Please tell me what I misconfigured.

It turned out that Pi-hole clearly has the name of the interface in the config:
Settings -> System -> Pi-hole Ethernet Interface. VMware had ens192. On Proxmox, for some reason it became ens18, but ens192 remained spelled out. Launch pihole -r
and reconfigure all healed.
Nothing
If the firewall on proxmox and other things is turned off, everything will go to check where the packet is lost, you can see tcpdump on the host on port 53
