Sorry, maybe the question is off topic, but I would like to know the Proxima nova font is free for use on websites; if not, you can tell me the price of the font or give a link to a free alternative.

Free alternative: Raleway. It is very similar in shape to most letters and, unlike the proxima, it is incomparably better adapted for the web and electronic devices (the letters are clear, not soapy). It is available on Google Fonts, but without Cyrillic. With Cyrillic there is a version on the Internet (Raleway Cyrillic) - it is not difficult to find if the site is Russian-language.
