Protection against DOM change via console?

Interested in the issue of tracking the substitution of values in HTML forms.
For example, in complex calculators for calculating the cost of services, where it is rather problematic to filter and predict all the actions of a coolhacker. I would like to just drop binds on forms when trying to correct values in hidden inputs or data attributes.
It is clear that the recalculation and reconciliation with the values from the database takes place on the server, but it is still more logical to confine ourselves to reconciliation on the client.
Perhaps there is a ready-made library. Couldn't come up with anything sensible.

It's more logical just to check everything on the server. The request can be issued and bypassing the browser.
