The question is: how to make different product properties for different sections (this is for a smart filter), I've been racking my brain all day, I just speak with Bitrix familiar for only 2 days :)

For all elements of one infoblock there will always be one set of fields. Apparently, you will have to sort the goods into different information blocks. Or store all properties in one IB and fill them in as needed.
