What is the correct sequence of steps to install UEFI Windows and Linux in dualboot?

PS I always have time to reinstall the OS, I want to believe that it is possible to somehow restore the boot of already installed OS, because in fact they are alive, but the problem with loading them ...

PPS Why does MX Linux write the bootloader incorrectly during installation (nvram boot variable update failure) , is left to guess.

I tried to install Ubuntu uefi on top of all this zoo, it installed without errors, the bootloader wrote to the nvme disk, added MX Linux to it, but did not add Windows boot manager, now to start Ubuntu - you need to choose to boot from the disk, and to start Windows - you need select Windows boot manager.
After these manipulations, Windows starts in recovery mode, the bootloader did not recover, but the reset did and started.
As a result, I decided to reinstall everything from scratch: Windows, MX linux and Ubuntu.
Windows installed as expected with no problems.
MX linux during the bootloader installation process, if ESP is selected, it automatically selects the bootloader installation location, it is obvious that it does it wrong and tries to write the bootloader somewhere (according to the error, directly in nvram) where it was not given access.
Ubuntu was installed and the bootloader wrote down, as the partition where to write the bootloader chose Windows boot manager and grub successfully added all 3 OSes to the bootloader and all systems booted.
