Proper deployment with Ansible?

Can you tell me the deployment scheme using Ansible?
The project is in a vagrant, the repository is in bitbucket, I want to do this:
1. I make a commit ->
2. It goes to the repository ->
3. From there using a hook ->
4. It is sent to CI and after successful checks ->
5. Must deploy to a production server. ->
Here I have a gap in the 5th stage how to organize this deployment?
