Prompt utility for managing windows in Windows XP using Win + key combinations

I remember that there was a small and very handy utility that weighed very little and, as far as I remember, had no settings. It allowed to manage windows in Windows XP using Win+Key combinations, namely:

1. Switch between windows using Win+1,2...0;
2. Minimize and maximize windows using Win+Arrows.
