Prompt solution for voice + text exchange

The task is to organize communication between people (voice + text chat) among themselves.
I tried a bunch of OpenFire + Jitsi client, there were no problems with the chat, but there were problems with voice transmission, then there is a transfer, then it does not communicate.
Is there a ready-made server + client solution for installation on your own hardware?
ps gtalk, qip and other services do not offer, people with a paranoid feeling that they are being watched :)

at the word Microsoft, panic begins and people scatter. Skype was abandoned. this prefix was added to it.

If the main functionality is on conversations, then put asterisk + text messages, for example, the recently mentioned sip client for windows - Phonerlite supports this functionality. Also in openfire there is a plugin for asterisk that allows you to call through its native spark client!
