Projects to digitize antique books?

There are about 1500 antique books in stock.
The books are over 100 years old, mostly from the early 1900s and late 1800s.
I am in Belarus (it is possible to transfer to the nearest CIS).
I know there are global book digitization projects like Google Book Search , Project Gutenberg The question is
: where can I donate books for digitization for the public domain? Or maybe they give out productive scanners to scan and transfer scans themselves.
