Hello, please advise materials, preferably with examples, to support medium-sized projects (now there are about 15 models, x2 controllers, and actions in them for each controller from 5 to 10), the more the project grows, the more difficult it is to fit in your head what and how it works.

I was thinking about making diagrams. I work 1, basically. Some kind of documentation according to GOST is not needed, I think, just so as not to get confused.

How do you work?

You can start with a class diagram, the lege project will keep in mind. But management is still good PMBOK, ISO 12207.

The question is not in the management of the project as a whole, judging by the formulation, but in the management of documentation.

- wiki, or wordpress.
- on the basis of wordpress, descriptions of components for wordpress, buddypress are made and we use it for casepress.org
to conveniently classify the description of components in different taxonomies: component, addressee, version, category.
