Programs run themselves even with Windows 10 autoload turned off, is it a virus?

The problem is in the autorun of programs, for example: (discord, Yandex disk) although they have autorun disabled.

Description of the problem: after about 2 minutes after the start of windows, the programs start themselves and the tray remains.

Maybe it's a virus? Just recently there were viruses on my computer (vk_dj, YouTube downloader installed, CPU loaded up to 100%, and Yandex browser and find_it browser extension installed) which I removed using Malwarebytes free and HitmanPro 3.8

this program should come with windows by default, but microsoft bought it (the sysinternals command) and threw it into a distant box (there are generally the most powerful utilities)
