on Windows: alt + d to go to the desktop, then tab (required number of times) and voila - we control the tray from the keyboard :-)

And what OS?
If 7 - then the start button on the keyboard (or ctrl + escape) - start will appear. After the escape, we remove the start - and with the tab we get to the tray systems.
