Programs for modeling. Which one to choose?

Tell me a free (not trial) program for modeling, for example, for modeling a case, and also if there is a simulation, for example, air flows (but not necessarily).
Rather, the program is needed for design (arrangement of parts inside by size)

Autodesk has an educational community where all educational programs are available for free. Here is the link: www.autodesk.ru/education/country-gateway
You can take Inventor for a task with a body, there should also be something about flows.

blender is powerful and free, but I don't know if it has handy design features. Perhaps there are some plugins suitable for it

Cinema4D/ is more friendly and adequate than 3D Max and Maya... on the net, there are video tutorials on all aspects of working in this program. 3D modeling and all of them are wonderful, but each of them is "sharpened" for a specific "modeling" object: an architectural object, interior, metal and plastic products, clothing, animated characters from games and films, building infrastructure, cars, nuts and gears. furniture and other things .... there are no bad programs, there are crooked hands and a lazy mind ...
