Programs for extracting information (facts) from text

Good day, colleagues! Does anyone have experience using such products in relation to the analysis of texts in Russian? What programs did you use, which ones did you like/recommend. It is desirable that the "variety" of facts could be indicated (transactions, incidents, etc.). It will be a plus if the manufacturer sells the sdk of the product.

Himself seen such options:

1) AOT. There is a morphological, post-morphic, syntactic, semantic processor. The very extraction of information will have to be added by yourself, but the fact that the product is free is captivating.

2) RCO Fact Extractor SDK. I'd love to hear some real feedback on this one.

3) i-teco "Analytical courier" and "x-files".

4) Many others, but somehow they didn’t catch on right away, maybe they missed something, of course.

Thank you.

As an alternative to the Tomita parser, there is also LSPL based on similar principles: lspl.ru
