Programmatically restart Windows Phone 10?

Is there an analogue of the function for the desktop ExitWindowsEx for Windows Phone (a function for rebooting/shutdown the device from C#/C++ code)?
Intensive googling shows that such features are not provided for a mobile device, but the existence of the earlier Mang Restart application shows the theoretical (Windows Phone 7 and Windows Phone 10 APIs are still different) possibility thereof.
