Do I really have to pay Apple $100 every year to use my own software on my own iPhone ?
Maybe there are some other ways besides jailbreak?

This is a big drawback of the iPhone, for me the main one.

Another way is to ask someone with a certificate to build your program for you.
Next come ways like HTML5 and Codea.

Ask a friend to compile, or better yet, ask a friend to borrow one of the free UDIDs. There are services on the network that do this for 500 rubles. However, if a friend compiles, then you can do it yourself.
