Hello. There is the following need. There is a corporate exchange mail, you can connect remotely via owa. A mail program for android is required, which, when synchronized with the server, would download all the letters and delete them on the server bypassing the trash. That is, there should be letters in the phone locally, but not on the server. Are there any? I searched for a long time, but unfortunately I did not find anything.

There are none, because mail clients went just to synchronization.
To achieve the desired behavior, use the pop3 protocol - exactly as you describe it, it can work.
