Professional retraining - Netology or Itmo?

Hey! I choose between courses Software Engineer 750 hours from Itmo and Frontend developer from Netology. Has anyone studied on them, what can you say about the price / quality ratio?

P.s. it is very important for me that this is a retraining diploma, so courses are needed anyway
