Professional certifications in IT (CIS): does it make sense?

I would like to know first hand the current situation on the labor market: are employers quoting MCSE / RHCE and higher certificates (at least within DS / DS-2), are HR able to recognize qualifications from them and is it worth counting on anything at all ?

A classmate for a year after the university got worn out and received CCNA, 640TS, 642TS. After that, I changed jobs with a difference in salary almost 2 times =)
I'm preparing to pass RHCE for myself for fun, I'm just wondering if I'll pass it or not. In our city of UNIX, admins are still not particularly needed by anyone.
The attitude is completely different from that of employers. In general, first of all, it is useful for oneself, because there is confidence and an adequate understanding of what you know and what you need to know.

Quoted. maybe HR doesn’t know how (I generally had 2 resumes at one time, one for HR, the other for the technician with whom I will work), but the team leaders and those. managers appreciate it, and with those who do not appreciate it, it may not make sense to work.
in any case, the same MCSE is knowledge that will not be taken away from you (of course, if you do not pass the examcheat exam)
from certificates, I am pleased to have a certificate from expertrating, it is from 2003, that is, there is immediately a proof that I have been in IT for 10+ years

unambiguously and for employers, and for themselves it is useful to pass
