Install excel export import on both sites, the module is free. On the new site, create one product with completely filled characteristics as on the old site and export it to excel. From the old site, export all products and adjust the column names as in the new file into which you exported one product from the new site. And then drive all the products to the new site. Spend half an hour at the most
