The question of replacing some of the operators filling up accounts with a "robot" has long been overdue.
The lion's share of man-hours is taken by simply searching for goods from applications in the database and billing, (especially when there are 100 positions in the application and it is not known whether they will buy or not), but current technologies already allow you to do this automatically using a learning algorithm.
Has anyone done something similar? Or maybe he knows the best way to implement it.
