Problems with webview layout?

I can't figure out the webview markup for fragment. After launching the application works, the browser opens. But there is one significant jamb. On emulators (and on a real device), there is a stripe along the left edge that matches the color of the toolbar. Attempts to change the markup in the editor do not bring any success
