Problems with VS 2015. How do I get C# to work?
Unfortunately, I could not formulate the question properly. The story is as follows: The
studio lived for itself in 2015, everything was fine, but suddenly update 1 rolled up and everything sank into oblivion. Namely, I tried to create a UWP project, but the designer did not work on the advice of people from stackoverflow and msdn, it was decided to remove tools 10586 and others. But after trying to reinstall them, they did not appear as projects in the studio and even in the list of installed programs. Therefore, it was decided to remove the studio with all dependencies and reinstall (vs_community / Uninstall / Force). After several futile reinstallations, the result is still not there. When creating any project in C# or VB, the following error occurs (when opening existing ones too) :
I don't even know what to do anymore... Because the project templates don't even have asp .net and many others, although I installed the studio with all the components (but this is not the most offensive).

The advice that will work 100% is trite: reinstall windows and install visual studio 2015 again.
Repair studio. Checking for the correct versions of the .NET Framework on the system. Also check the access level to the project folder (if there is read-only access there)
