Problems with thin font on the site

Hello Habr!
Actually straight to the point. There is a PSD layout, on it the font at 13pt looks like this:

And on the site it looks like this:

Actually, I would like to hear advice on how to at least partially correct the situation.

Make it a picture or accept that font smoothing in browsers and in Photoshop are different. Moreover, different browsers render the same fonts differently.
Maybe I'm wrong, of course, and yet there is some solution, but I found only advice to "score".
