Problems with the video on the page, how to fix it?

I added a video to the youtube page, everything works fine, but after the show, recommendations appear (small video previews). Is there a way to somehow remove them or at least correct them so that unnecessary naked girls do not appear, etc.?

See the html code settings on the YouTube video page. There is an option "Show related videos when finished watching"
