Problems uploading videos to YouTube in Google Chrome. What is it and how to solve?

When you start the video, the loading bar reaches a certain point and stops moving further, and when the video itself reaches this point, the video completely stops loading. But, if you switch full screen mode or pause and resume, the download continues immediately. As a result, it remains to constantly press the spacebar twice while viewing. The problem is present only in chrome, everything is fine in other browsers, but I would like to solve it and use one browser instead of several.
