Problems transferring money from YouTube to AdSense. Can you help?

The problem is that the money earned on YouTube has not come to Adsense for 2 months. Before that, everything was in order and the money came every month.

And then for 2 months there are signs with the inscription: "You have no transactions for this billing period."

I did not observe any blocking and deductions of payments.
Explain the situation and I would like to hear instructions on what to do in this situation.
