Problems launching application in IntelliJ IDEA (ADB is not responding)?

Help solve the problem with ADB and IntelliJ IDEA!
The problem is that IDEA does not see the device, in my case it is Lenovo A2010 , and at startup it gives an error:

And apparently it asks to turn it off and try to start it again.
I ask for help because I have already rummaged through most of the forums where they wrote about this problem.
PS Do not send to Google :D
