Problems connecting to an OpenVpn site?

Good afternoon, there is a server with the site ip 192.168.0.3, it works on LAN, you can go to it, when connecting via OpenVPN to the server, an ip from the 10.8.0.X range is issued, we connect via ip 10.8.0.1, this is the ip of the site in the vpn network goes redirection from 10.8.0.1 to 192.168.0.3 and the site opens under the conditions if there is a vpn connection from the local area, how to overcome this so that when connecting via open vpn client from another point in the city, the site opens and there is no redirection?
Ubuntu OS
Apache Software, OpenVPN

@Radjah

Specify push routes up to 192.168.0.0/24 in the server config. Enable packet forwarding on the openvpn server or masquerade 10.8.0.0/24.
