Problem with Windows 8.1 bootloader
Recently, I unsuccessfully rummaged with the msconfig settings, after which the laptop (asus n56vj win 8.1 64bit) tried to reboot, but bsod appeared with a sad smiley face and said that I had problems. System restores, rollbacks to a restore point, automatic recovery, and even attempts to start in safe mode have all failed. After that, I began to actively google.
It turned out that the Windows bootloader had crashed. The proposed solution is to go into system recovery using the windows disk and write the following commands on the command line:
bootrec / fixmbr
bootrec / fixboot
bootrec / rebuildbcd
After that, the last command should search for windows systems installed on the computer and load a new bootloader into it, after confirm this by pressing the Y(yes) button.
However, when I confirmed it with the Y button, the entry "Unable to find the requested system device" appeared and nothing happened.
Google did not tell me anything sensible about this, I hope for your help. Thanks in advance.

I decided. This article helped: winitpro.ru/index.php/2014/03/20/repair-bootloader...
It could not load Windows, gave an error 0x0000001, but allowed me to enter safe mode, where I changed back everything I messed up in msconfig. After that, the OS started successfully
