Problem with Skype - ohm (Skype can't connect)?

Pere googled the entire Internet in search of an answer, the question is already visiting, but I still can’t earn Skype.
Lenovo g505 , OC version: Ubuntu 15.10 , skype version: 4.3 for Linux ( latest version ).
Same error "Skype can't connect".
