Problem with setWebhook telegram bot api?

Good afternoon, The problem is of the following nature, I'm trying to make a telegram bot set up a webhook, the response from the telegrams ({

description: "Webhook was set"
})
I checked my webhook url through the PUT request emulation, everything ok, the log is being written.
But when you write to the bot, it does not call my webhook url (there is nothing in the logs). On another hosting, I had already used this domain and certificate for bots, everything worked. Maybe someone faced such a problem?
ps support has not responded for about a day.

Similar problem. I tried to send a self-signed certificate, I tried a paid domain with a LetsEncrypt certificate... In order not to be mistaken, I even took the bot from the manual (HellowBot) - there is not even a call to my bot in the logs!
