There is a ready-made folder with models, and a database already assembled on the server, you need to change the model, and, consequently, add an attribute to the table. It is necessary to apply migration, it is not clear how this can be done, since I understand that ORM does not automatically create migrations based on existing models. What can be done ?

What's stopping you from writing a migration? And run it in the CI pipeline or by connecting to the database from the IDE
