Problem with RAM or motherboard?

Good day.
During Win7 boot, at the "Loading Windows" screen stage, the computer restarts without displaying any screens. Booting from LiveUSB is also interrupted at the stage of loading the OS into memory. I suspect either the RAM or the motherboard. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
[UPD] I ran memtest on the 1st stick of memory, on the 7th test there were errors.

I think that the problem is more likely with the memory, otherwise, if there were problems with the motherboard, it would not boot at all.
Download any live-cd (for example, Hiren's BootCD ) and run the Memtest86 utility

Try different options with memory sticks. In find somewhere known to work memory and put it.
Take a closer look at what messages the BIOS / EFI gives.
As options, there may be problems with the heat sink from the processor, check the temperature.
Or the power supply is failing.

Maybe you just have automatic reboot enabled. Try pressing F8 when you start your computer before Windows loads. In the list that appears, select "Disable automatic restart on system failure". After that, the system will start to start and, if there is a blue screen, it will remain on the monitor. After that, write the screen code here and we will understand further.

It's more like overheating. Check the temperature of both the processor and the memory.
Replace the thermal paste if the processor gets hot. Lubricate the fan, but if it is memory, then replace it unambiguously.

Good afternoon. Personally, I think this is neither one nor the other, more like a screw than a mother or an os. Run the victoria test. Well, since errors have already rained down on the RAM, try to substitute another bar, or if you have 2, try loading Win on one bar.
