Hello, the problem is with Open Server, I can’t log into the MySQL server through PHP Adminer, changing to (modules\system\html\openserver\adminer\index.php,) also does not give anything, options such as: root, admin, mysql immediately fall away. Changed password in index.php, still doesn't work.

Check your settings.
1) Open settings
2) Go to modules
3) Select the required version of MySql from the list
4) Save
5) If the server did not restart itself, restart manually
