Problem with nginx-rtmp-module. What to do?

rtmp {
  server {
      listen 1935;
      application europaplus {
    live on;
    exec_options on;
    exec_pull ffmpeg -i http://ep128server.streamr.ru:8030/ep128 -c:a opus -b:a 60000 -vbr constrained -compression_level 10 -frame_duration 60 rtmp://localhost/$app/$name name=lowq;
}
  }
}

With this configuration, nginx returns nothing. The connection occurs, but flvstreamer on the same computer writes a 13-byte file. RTMP on windows is connected, but does not catch anything. ffplay is also silent. Where did I screw up?
In general, the whole config:
user www-data;
worker_processes 1;
pid /run/nginx.pid;

events {
  worker_connections 768;
  # multi_accept on;
}

rtmp {
  server {
      listen 1935;
      application europaplus {
    live on;
    exec_options on;
    exec_pull ffmpeg -i http://ep128server.streamr.ru:8030/ep128 -c:a opus -b:a 60000 -vbr constrained -compression_level 10 -frame_duration 60 rtmp://localhost/$app/$name name=lowq;
}
  }
}

Lots of bugs so nothing works.
1. you have a lot of errors in ffmpeg you copy the source stream "-c: a" but at the same time change the bitrate before rtmp://localhost/$app/$name you need to specify -f which means the output format. Unfortunately, I don't remember all the keys.
2. You must publish the thread to yourself. i.e. rtmp://localhost:1935/europaplus/lowq
3. exec_options on; - no need
Read my article on this
topic You can try to eliminate the http section altogether.
It should be something like this:

rtmp {
     server {
         listen 1935;
         application europaplus {
               live on;
               exec ffmpeg -i http://ep128server.streamr.ru:8030/ep128 -c:a opus -b:a 60000 -vbr сonstrained -compression_level 10 -frame_duration 60 -f rtmp://localhost:1935/europaplus/lowq;
               }
      }
}

I tried to run this command in the shell ffmpeg -i ep128server.streamr.ru:8030/ep128 does not connect to me. We must also check.
